• Reservation:
• From 1 to 9 guests: the basic rate applies
• From 10 to 14 guests +3 in extra beds: additional charge of $50 per person per night, except for minors under 16
• Rates include: Full breakfast, bottled mineral water, coffee, service staff in the accommodation and 24-hour personalized service

Check out limit 11:00 am

Early check in and Late check out will be possible under previous request only if there are not other guest checking in or checking out the same day

Cancellation:

• Cancellations 60 days or more before date of arrival are refunded 100%, except bank or Paypal charges, etc.
• Cancellations from 60 to 30 days before date of arrival are refunded fully, except the first night’s rate.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before date of arrival are not entitled to any refund

• Passport to check in is allways required. Because of cuban legislagion cuban guets or visitors have to show a valid ID
• Please turn down the volume of the music after 12:00 pm

• Smoking in the rooms is not allowed
• From guest number 11 we charge 50$ per person per night (or room using) including cuban guests. We wont charge for the using of the common areas
